Hula Hoops 101

1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
50 mins of basic intro to hula hoop coordination and how to hula hoop around the waist, above the head, and possibly adding some variations to these to foundational planes. If you don't have a hula hoop, order one here for $10-30 sliding scale we will send you one.
Hula Hoops 202

202 offers 55mins of expanding and swirling into and around our "beginner mindset", adding twists and folds, exploring more planes and dimensions of the body and your hoop. You will walk away with new tools to help you begin to find your flow.
Hula Hoops 303

For 1 hour we will combine everything we learned from 101 and 202 and add leaps and a bit of acrobatics, or more technical tricks. We will cover hooping on the foot and reveal the remaining body tools, and co-create many unique ways to flow. Fun is the focus.
Self-Massage Workshops

Each self-massage workshop will show you the many powerful body points, and available techniques so you can successfully communicate with your injuries and pain, whether acute or chronic. Learn practical self-massage techniques that you can use at any time to become your own best healer. Each workshop is filled with invaluable knowledge that will help set you free.
Tranzformation Flow Yoga

A transformative yoga flow for all body types and levels, blending BhaktiFlow, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga. We begin with a chant and Om, then pranayama to warm up our breath capacity. Tranzformation Flow Yoga is safe for both to the advanced athlete and the first-timer - All levels welcome.
